Associate Director Global Accounts – Life Sciences (m/w/d) (Remote/Hybrid)

Position Overview 

FrontWell Solutions is seeking an Associate Director Global Accounts – Life Sciences to drive commercial growth across our life sciences portfolio. This role focuses on developing and expanding enterprise accounts while leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders. You will combine consultative selling with deep industry insight to position FrontWell as a trusted digital transformation partner.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic life sciences clients and identify new business opportunities. 

  • Build strong relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders, shaping long-term partnerships. 

  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation (MSAs, SoWs, pricing models). 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. 

  • Contribute to pipeline growth, reporting, and market intelligence to guide sales strategy. 

Qualifications 
  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in life sciences or consulting. 

  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts and complex commercial negotiations. 

  • Strong understanding of regulatory and digital transformation challenges in R&D or Quality. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English 

  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working autonomously within a hybrid environment.
