Chief Operating Officer (COO)
With over a decade of experience in operations and growth, Kamran leads FrontWell Solutions’ daily operations and process optimization. He aligns teams, improves efficiency, and delivers cost-effective results.
Before joining, he held senior roles in operations and consulting, driving data-driven improvements and high-performing teams. At FrontWell, he ensures smooth client experiences and streamlined processes that help engineering-led organizations grow with confidence.
Dr. Paria Pouyan,
Director Low Code No-Code MOM Excellence
Paria holds a PhD in Chemistry, specializing in medical polymers and drug development, and brings experience from research, industry, and startups.
At FrontWell Solutions, she leads the Low-/No-Code Excellence MOM team, delivering digital manufacturing programs for pharma and life sciences clients. She manages international teams, oversees multi-site implementations, ensures compliance in regulated environments, and supports key account and client relationship development.
Mahyar Zojaji, MSc., MBA,
Director Pharma/Biotech MES & PMO
Mahyar combines a background in mechanical and process engineering with hands-on experience in oil & gas, polymers, and pharma. This cross-industry perspective helps him tackle pharma challenges with a pragmatic, results-driven approach.
He enjoys solving complex problems and building practical solutions. With experience in both production and quality, he designs setups that are compliant, scalable, and effective. At FrontWell, he leads Pharma/Biotech MES and PMO, focusing on solutions that streamline operations and perform reliably in real manufacturing environments.
Karim El Sayed
Assoc. Director LIMS Excellence
Karim brings 18+ years of consulting experience, including 10 years in Life Sciences, combined with a strong IT background. He supports national and global companies with pragmatic, compliance-driven solutions for Digitalization, IT, and GxP challenges. He specializes in ERP and LIMS implementations, leading projects end-to-end - from feasibility to post-go-live support -across complex, multi-site environments.
At FrontWell, he leads the LIMS Excellence unit, delivering end-to-end laboratory digital solutions and ensuring systems drive quality and operational excellence.
Sime Ivkovic,
Assoc. Director MedTech & Non-Pharma MES Excellence
Sime is a digital manufacturing expert with extensive experience in the global life sciences industry. With a background in high-level technical consulting, he brings a practical, hands-on perspective to MES implementation and optimization.
As lead of the Medical Device MES team at FrontWell Solutions, he delivers scalable, compliant, and high-performance solutions. He bridges engineering and business strategy, helping clients stay competitive in a highly regulated environment.
