Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to design and develop MES systems that meet client specifications.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of leading software solutions for advanced manufacturing and their integration with ERP, IoT, and Level 2 systems.
  • Proven experience in programming languages such as .NET, Angular, and SQL (or comparable relational database management systems).
  • Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and integrating enterprise solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing workflows, data management, and quality control.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects using agile software development methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business domains.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in written and spoken English).

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Critical Manufacturing (CM) Admin to enhance our team. This key role involves owning the design, deployment, and operation of the container platform that will host CM. You will be responsible for standing up Kubernetes from the ground up, automating its configuration, and keeping it healthy, observable, and secure. You will partner closely with our Solution Engineer team to translate complex deployment needs into a stable, supportable platform, enabling them to run CM platform reliably. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and operate Kubernetes clusters (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid) from the ground up, rather than relying solely on managed defaults. 

  • Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) for reproducible, version-controlled environments. 

  • Containerize Critical Manufacturing (CM) applications and ensure they run reliably on Kubernetes. 

  • Design and own CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) for building, testing, and deploying containerized workloads. 

  • Implement comprehensive observability (metrics, logging, tracing), alerting, and incident response strategies. 

  • Own high availability, backup, and disaster recovery for business-critical manufacturing platforms. 

  • Debug and troubleshoot across the entire stack, including cluster, networking, storage, container runtime, and application layers. 

  • Gradually take over the DevOps function for this platform, establishing standards, good operational practices, and mentoring team members. 



Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 

  • Familiarity with Critical Manufacturing (CM)  

  • Strong hands-on experience installing, configuring, and operating self-managed Kubernetes clusters. 

  • Solid container fundamentals (Docker/Helm), including building images, multi-stage builds, managing registries, and troubleshooting runtime issues. 

  • Proven Infrastructure-as-Code experience, specifically with Terraform. 

  • Hands-on production experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. 

  • Strong troubleshooting instincts across networking, storage, and distributed systems.
