Position Overview

FrontWell Solutions is seeking an accomplished and motivated Senior Advisory Consultant to join our Principal Consulting & Client Advisory Services team. Reporting directly to the Director of Innovation, this role is instrumental in shaping and delivering strategic advisory solutions across Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and Manufacturing Analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global service delivery teams, providing advisory expertise under the guidance of the Director of Innovation.

• Shape and develop Manufacturing IT Solutions in MES, LIMS, and Manufacturing Analytics as part of global consulting and client advisory engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant consulting or advisory experience, preferably within the Life Sciences industry.

• Proven expertise in Production IT systems such as MES (e.g., PAS-X, Critical Manufacturing, Tulip), Historian, SAP, and LIMS (e.g., LabVantage, LabWare), with awareness of emerging digital technologies.

• Proficiency in the German and English language at B2 level or higher (professional fluency).

• Strong project management experience; certifications such as PMP or IPMA are advantageous.

• In-depth understanding of life sciences processes, regulatory environments, and digital transformation principles.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities.

Working Conditions

In this role, you will lead and execute validation projects for computerized systems and manufacturing processes in regulated environments, ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, GxP, and GCP standards. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing quality management systems, implementing Pharma 4.0 methodologies, and driving paperless validation initiatives using leading platforms such as Kneat, Valgenesis, Polarion, DevOps, and Jira. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and digital innovation, supporting both consulting and in-house projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the planning, execution, and documentation of validation activities for computerized systems, equipment, and processes in compliance with GAMP5, CSV/CSA, and relevant regulatory standards. 
• Generate and review validation deliverables, including validation plans, user requirements, specifications, risk assessments, test protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), and summary reports. 
• Implement and support paperless validation solutions (e.g., Kneat, Valgenesis, Polarion, DevOps, Jira), driving efficiency and data integrity in validation processes. 
• Advise on and execute strategic validation QA initiatives, including QMS modernization and adoption of new methodologies aligned with Pharma 4.0.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of GMP, GLP, GxP, GCP, and GAMP5 standards, with a proven track record in computer system validation (CSV/CSA).
