Position Overview
FrontWell Solutions is seeking an accomplished and motivated Senior Advisory Consultant to join our Principal Consulting & Client Advisory Services team. Reporting directly to the Director of Innovation, this role is instrumental in shaping and delivering strategic advisory solutions across Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and Manufacturing Analytics. Leveraging your deep industry knowledge and consulting experience, you will guide clients in developing digital transformation strategies, optimizing operations, and achieving long-term business value within Pharma 4.0 and Industry 4.0 contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global service delivery teams, providing advisory expertise under the guidance of the Director of Innovation.
- Shape and develop Manufacturing IT Solutions in MES, LIMS, and Manufacturing Analytics as part of global consulting and client advisory engagements.
- Deliver independent, high-level consulting services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and project excellence.
- Support the internal and external professional positioning of FrontWell Solutions, strengthening visibility and credibility within the industry.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge materials, white papers, and project documentation.
- Cultivate and strengthen strategic client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership.
- Conduct market research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within Life Sciences.
- Advise clients on defining Production IT strategies and digital transformation roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
- Assess digital maturity levels and design value-driven transition strategies focusing on people, process, and technology.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight throughout the lifecycle of MES / LIMS / Manufacturing Analytics initiatives.
- Facilitate Production IT workshops on-site to explore optimization opportunities in quality, compliance, and performance.
- Consult on data integrity and compliance topics, helping clients mitigate risk through robust digital practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Strategic Account Management, and project teams to support both project execution and service acquisition activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant consulting or advisory experience, preferably within the Life Sciences industry.
- Proven expertise in Production IT systems such as MES (e.g., PAS-X, Critical Manufacturing, Tulip), Historian, SAP, and LIMS (e.g., LabVantage, LabWare), with awareness of emerging digital technologies.
- Strong project management experience; certifications such as PMP or IPMA are advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of life sciences processes, regulatory environments, and digital transformation principles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Resilience and adaptability in dynamic consulting environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, including international engagements.
Working Conditions
Primarily office-based, with flexible arrangements for travel to client sites, global offices, industry conferences, or training programs as needed. Flexibility beyond standard office hours may occasionally be required to support global operations or project milestones. The role involves active collaboration with cross-functional, international teams and managing complex consulting engagements.
