Position Overview
FrontWell Solutions is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Solution Architect specializing in LIMS to lead our technical strategy and implementation . This role is pivotal in designing and providing best fitting technical solutions to our clients LIMS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in a market leading LIMS software (Such as LabVantage, LabWare, Sample Manager, Starlims), data modeling, and system integration, ensuring our solutions are aligned with our clients goals in their laboratory efficiency and digitalization journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategic implementation of LIMS projects.
- Oversee the development and integration processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and tailored to client needs.
- Engage in high-level strategic planning with senior management and clients, identifying system requirements and actionable strategies.
- Mentor and manage a team of Senior Solutions Engineers and Solutions Engineers, promoting professional growth and technical excellence.
- Act as a key stakeholder in strategic planning sessions, offering insights that shape the future direction of technological and business solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Remain updated on emerging trends and technologies within the Life Sciences sector to drive organizational innovation.
- Resolve complex issues with exemplary analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
What you have to offer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing LIMS solutions.
- Previous leadership or managerial experience, with a history of overseeing technical teams and large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of project management, laboratory workflows, data management, and quality control.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, technologies, and regulatory standards in the Life Sciences sector.
- Proficiency in the German and English language at B2 level or higher (professional fluency).
