Position Overview

As a Project Manager at FrontWell Solutions, you will lead consulting projects across various MES and LIMS products, ensuring their seamless integration and delivery. You will manage and control project budgets, foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, and champion the needs of both our valued customers and project teams. Your role will be instrumental in establishing and growing the project management function within our team, shaping best practices, and extending your contributions globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end consulting projects ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and superior quality.
  • Budget Management: Track expenditures and manage resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, championing the needs of the project team and meeting customer expectations.
  • Role Establishment: Spearhead the development of the project management function, shaping best practices and SOPs.
  • Global Contribution: Collaborate with the global PMO to enhance project management strategies and share best practices.
  • Advocacy: Act as a strong advocate for both the project team and customers, ensuring open communication and prompt issue resolution.

 What you have to offer

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a software implementation environment.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • MES or LIMS background is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to work hands-on in a consultant-like role occasionally.
  • Self-starter who thrives in startup-like environments and learns quickly.
  • Proven ability to balance customer and personal success in project settings.
  • Proficiency in the German and English language at B2 level or higher (professional fluency).
