Position Overview
As a Senior Consultant at FrontWell Solutions, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for our clients. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their business challenges, providing expert guidance during solution design and implementation, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Your extensive experience with Infor EPM, stakeholder management, and business process optimisation will be crucial in helping clients transform their planning, reporting, forecasting, and performance management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, assessing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and defining EPM solution strategies.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions.
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation and migration of Infor EPM solutions. Support platform-selection activities between Infor Cloud and Anaplan.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership during system implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Mentor junior consultants, enhancing their professional development and ensuring project excellence.
- Develop documentation, user guides, training materials, and SOPs for implemented solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities.
- Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices within the EPM domain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, Enterprise Performance Management implementations, or business transformation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Infor EPM implementations (on-prem and cloud). Infor Certified Professional - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or equivalent Infor certification is desirable.
- Experience with Anaplan is highly desirable.
- Experience comparing or migrating planning processes between EPM platforms.
- Understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management processes.
- Strong SQL expertise, including Query optimization, Data modeling and Performance tuning
- Experience with ETL or modern data engineering platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong track record of delivering software implementation projects successfully.
- Proven advanced problem-solving capabilities and a strong analytical mindset.
- Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering value and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and other professional duties.
