Manu​facturing IT might seem like a man’s world, but it is surely changing. There are many talented women making a significant impact in this field and we are proud to have so many of them in our team.
 
Congratulations to the FWS women taking on leadership roles and making their mark in the industry!
 
As more women enter the field, they are helping to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace culture that benefits everyone. This is important because it leads to better decision-making, increased creativity, and a stronger sense of community among colleagues.
