As Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, Lothar drives FrontWell Solutions’ growth, positioning the company as a global leader in Life Sciences digital transformation. 

He combines strategy, innovation, go-to-market, and brand leadership to turn vision into scalable, market-ready outcomes, linking long-term strategy with measurable business impact through coordinated data, processes, systems, and people, supported by AI and leading technologies.  


Kamran Heydari, 
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

With over a decade of experience in operational excellence and strategic growth, Kamran leads FrontWell Solutions’ daily operations and process optimization. He combines analytical thinking with practical leadership to align teams, boost efficiency, and deliver cost-effective results. 

Before joining Frontwell, he held senior roles in operations and consulting, driving data-based improvements and high-performing teams. At Frontwell, Kamran ensures smooth client experiences, streamlined processes, and outcomes that advance our mission of helping engineering-led organizations grow with confidence.

Andreas Gaube,

Andreas is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical and life science industries. Passionate about helping his clients solve their operational challenges, he is a dynamic sales manager with a forward-thinking problem-solving approach and a focus on customer relationships & loyalty. Backed by a profound knowledge of production processes and automation systems, Andreas has the ability to analyze and optimize his client’s business processes by mapping them to the most suitable digitalization solution.
