Position Overview
FrontWell Solutions is seeking a seasoned MES Senior Solution Architect to lead our technical strategy and implementation. This role is crucial in designing and providing best-fitting technical solutions for our clients' MES solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in market-leading MES software TULIP, data modeling, and system integration, ensuring our solutions align with our clients' goals in their manufacturing efficiency and digitalization journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategic implementation of MES projects.
- Oversee development and integration processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and tailored to client needs.
- Engage in high-level strategic planning with senior management and clients, identifying system requirements and actionable strategies.
- Mentor and manage a team of Senior Solutions Engineers and Solutions Engineers, promoting professional growth and technical excellence.
- Act as a key stakeholder in strategic planning sessions, offering insights that shape the future direction of technological and business solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Remain updated on emerging trends and technologies within the Life Sciences sector to drive organizational innovation.
- Resolve complex issues with exemplary analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing MES solutions.
- Previous leadership or managerial experience, with a history of overseeing technical teams and large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of project management, manufacturing workflows, data management, and quality control.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, technologies, and regulatory standards in the Life Sciences sector.
- Expertise in TULIP MES software platforms.
