Position Overview

As an HR Assistant at FrontWell Solutions, you will support in HR operations and employee relations across our international organization. This role requires a hands-on person who can assist in managing the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and act as a trusted team member to both employees and leadership. Entry-level candidates with basic knowledge of human resources are very welcome. ​

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supporting HR Management 
  2. Supporting internal HR processes, onboarding and offboarding 
  3. Maintaining employee records and HR databases  
  4. Preparing employment contracts, certificates, and reference lettersSelf-Management of the Fitness Portal 
  5. Managing vacation, sick leave, and working time records  
  6. Organizing meetings, trainings, and HR events 
  7. Preparing HR documentation and reports 
  8. Supporting HR projects and employee engagement initiatives 
  9. Preparing payroll-related data 
  10. Monitoring deadlines and employment documents 
  11. Assisting with compliance and data protection matters 

Qualifications


  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. 
  • First HR experience, ideally within an international organization. 
  • Operational knowledge of MS Office and ideally HR software, HR tools, processes, or systems. 
  • Basic understanding of labor law. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  • High level of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently. 
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher required). 
  • Passion for generalist HR work, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset. 
  • Empathic, reliable, trustworthy and quick to grasp complex issues. ​
