Position Overview
As a Senior Project Manager at FrontWell Solutions, you will lead complex consulting projects across various MES and LIMS products, ensuring their seamless integration and delivery. You will be responsible for managing large-scale project budgets, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, and championing the needs of both our valued customers and project teams. Your role will be instrumental in establishing and growing the project management function within our team, shaping best practices, and extending your contributions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end complex consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and superior quality
- Manage and control large project budgets, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource allocation
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and championing the needs of both the project team and customers
- Spearhead the development and refinement of the project management function, establishing best practices and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with the global Project Management Office to enhance project management strategies and share best practices across the organization
- Act as a strong advocate for both the project team and customers, ensuring open communication and prompt issue resolution
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, representing the company at high-level meetings and industry events
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory standards and project management methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in software implementation environments, with at least 5 years in project management roles
- Strong background in MES or LIMS implementations is highly desirable
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2)
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile certifications are highly valued
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex IT systems and manufacturing processes
- Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and demonstrates quick learning abilities
- Proficiency in German and English languages at C1 level or higher (professional fluency)
